Needed a full central heating system in a 1960 bungalow and Mark had been recommended to us and we had seen good reviews for him. His quote was very competitive too so we went with him. No regrets, his work is excellent. His advice was good too, helped with radiator types and placement. Very happy with his work and would definitely recommend him. He was very polite, timely, efficient and tidy. Managed to get some form of hot water and heating in for us within the 1st week which was much appreciated as the previous owner's back boiler system was condemned and disconnected and we had no heating or hot water when we moved in.

Mark worked so hard to resolve a difficult problem. Mark cleaned up after himself and was very reactive to calls or texts. I would not hesitate to ask him to do work for us again.

H2O provided great service to support an extension to our kitchen/living area, which included plumbing associated with kitchen works and heating with relocation and installation of new radiators. Provided a timely and good quality of service.

I was very lucky to find Mark when I realised that I needed to install a new Central heating system quickly. He assessed the state of the old system I had and drew up a plan to sort it all out. He is trustworthy and reliable. I left him to get on with the job and within a few days had a new boiler in the best location for the new kitchen and new radiators throughout — all installed with the minimum of fuss and mess. He was also very patient in dealing with my additional requests! I wholeheartedly recommend Mark and am really grateful to him.

Replaced old boiler, tank and pipe work with new combi boiler. Installed several radiators and fitted sanitary ware in downstairs cloakroom. Turned up on time on dates specified. Quality of work excellent. Professional attitude at all times. Completed work on time. Will definitely use again.
